Finding your soul fragment in the Soul cairn. : V

I've found the building where the soul gem, containing the fragment of my soul that Serana trapped so I could enter the :swear:

Soul cairn, is. But I can't get to the gem despite being on top of the bloody arrow indicating its position! Is there a hidden doorway or something? What am I missing :confused:
