Yep, I've got the same problem as well - after the patch I can't enter V.A.T.S. anymore. Oh well, that does mean I can go to bed early for once. But this better get fixed tomorrow!

Ouch when this update comes state-side (if SCEA has received the same patch as SCEE) I will be reluctant to update until a consensus is made on what it "does"

i just noticed, that the voice of my male character sounds very female, we already had that in other topics.

right ive found what the problem is guys !! its something to do with yer save game and the patch if you start a new game it works thank god i didnt get to far in this b4 hand

The patch for america will be altered from the europe patch.. so im going to try it and go from there.
