If you are a Canadian user like me, make sure after entering the code to download both the regular DLC pack and the one marked "French." After doing this the DLC will appear in your "Downloadable Content."

Ugh. It may even work by just downloading the French DLC pack which appears to be twice the size and may contain English and French.

Please ignore Gstaff's comment, it does not work since I have tested it by removing the English pack and installing the 12MB French pack.

Thanks for the solution veryalien. Gstaff: please do your job properly and test the method you suggest (there is only an english US pack and then a French pack which contains both languages and is CA coded. Maybe next time your company can get their act together with something so minor)
