I just registered here so sorry if this has been posted before.

Since the last patch I've had problems with the game crashing while the end video was playing.

I solved it by running the video part in windowed mode. I've tried 2 different endings now, one as working for Mr. House and one for Yes Man. I completed the game working for the NCR before the patch, and had no problems then in full screen mode.

Hope this will help someone, and hope this will be fixed in the upcoming big patch
