Ok, im not sure if anyone has tried this yet, but if you have a creative sound card with windows Vista, or Windows 7 get the alchemy drivers from Creative. I installed that program and found where the new vegas launcher was located for example ( G:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas ) I put that path for the game in the alchemy program, and added it. Now my Radio stations work, and the overall sound quality and other problems in the game are much much better.
