[REQ] Fixed shrouded (Dark Brotherhood) armour?

I've (And I think everybody has, given all the alternate Shrouded Armour mods) noticed that, on the male Dark Brotherhood armour, the texture seems to abruptly end and become blank and black near the neck. I thought this was something of a curiosity and that it looked extremely incomplete. However, the dropped item static you see in the inventory appears to have a shroud over the neck and a strap across the chest, neatly completing it. Furthermore, on the Dark Brotherhood loading screen--the one that has the Dunmer on it, you'll notice, if you pay attention, that HIS armour matches the description of what the item static is, despite the actual in-game armour missing this piece.

Since it's on that character model in the loading screen, I'm inclined to suspect that the assets to complete the armour exist in the .bsa files and that it's actually an error on Bethesda's part for not including it in the final in-game item. We've seen issues like this before in armour in previous games--a game of Skyrim's size means something's bound to slip through--so my question is, has anybody actually fixed this yet? I've done a search of the Nexus and the Workshop and have pulled up a blank, and I imagine if someone did make it how Bethesda obviously intended, it'd be included in the Unofficial Patch, but no such luck.

I'd appreciate it if anybody knows, or failing that, if they possess the expertise to fix it, to do so. Unfortunately, I do not, or this would be a release thread.
