Fixes for Animal Follower Bug?

Well... This is a bug I am having which I wanna fix.. Any ideas? (I can't use Meeko cause Meeko is dead UNLESS someone is willing to load my save on their PC version of Skyrim and use a script command to spawn Meeko).

I kinda do know how. Not really hard cause I think Skyrim PC version can load Xbox saves so not much work for you.. Plus, I'm great with scripting and can easily give you the scripts needed to put in-game to get Meeko.
