For instance, on a poll I just looked at: 345/416 voters said they play Fallout. That's 83% of voters. Yet because of this format, Fallout only has 13%, because it makes every single vote (if you voted for multiple options, that all factors into the total) add up to 100%, which makes no sense.
What it should be is this: Say "Fallout-83%". Why? Because the current system, which adds all of the votes up to 100%, gives the illusion that only 13% of voters play Fallout. It treats it like you only vote for one game, hence they all add up to 100% of voters.
Just wondering if anyone else noticed that/why it's like that/etc. Not trying to rant.
Short version: if I'm the first voter, and I vote for two options, they both get 50%. They should each have 100%, since I'm the only voter, and I voted for them.
