Fleshed out guild leadership.

Skyrim is awesome and all (I feel like I have to issue a disclaimer so people don't call me a flamer/troll/hater/what have you, heh), but I think we can all agree that guild/faction questlines could've been a bit more fleshed out! I've been the Harbinger of the companions for about two in-game months now, and guards still see me as that dude who fetches them mead. -.-

And really, you just don't feel like very much of a leader. Maybe a recruitment option could've been nice? I mean you can do this for the Companions, but maybe after beating the Stormcloak or Imperial questlines, you could have the option to recruit 2-3 guards or something to aid you on your adventures. I mean, I'm a Legate/Stormblade, gimme a small militia to work with! :hehe: Or maybe, I could go around recruiting citizens to the Companions or College of Winterhold, and send them on those same little beat-up missions that I was sent on when I was a newbie!

Just some ideas I was thinking about with a friend of mine earlier today. What do you guys think? And what are some of your ideas?
