In any menu when I move the cursor, it seems to lag behind by a second. And when in-game, if i move my view point the same thing seems to happen.

I have 2x ATI Radeon HD 5670 if that matters.

edit: The glitches don't appear in screenshots or fraps videos.

Its a driver issue... i hate those damn mountain and water flickering... so annoying (HD5770)

For me it's like the screen catches up and parts delay or something. It's kinda hard to explain without video.
