i re installed skyrim and have a couple of texture mods, i assume its because of 2k textures, but my mountains tend to flicker in the distance while i move, any fix for this? like an LOD mod or something

This is a Vanilla Skyrim issue known as z-fighting, have a look http://wiki.step-project.com/S.T.E.P._Project_Wiki:Z-Fighting for info on it and how to mitigate if not completely remove it's effects.
