Hey everybody, I just got New Vegas today and I've had a couple strange bugs. When I first started, Doc Mitchell's head was spinning...quite strange. The most annoying bug, however, is NPC movement animations not working. Most of them just float from place to place, while a couple have working animations. It's pretty strange. I'm not using any mods, and I'm fully patched up. Any help would be appreciated!
