When ever I'm in a menu screen, I go to select something and the mouse just floats right past. I have very little control over the mouse. I'm on windows 7 that is on a Toshiba Satellite L775 laptop. I've tried various fixes that I've found on the web but none of those work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried disabling Xbox controller support and Vibration in the options menu? Maybe also try disabling your touchpad before you launch the game?
