Flying NPC's...

Well, I finished the 'main quest' yesterday, and was strolling around in-game feeling important, and come across a bear outside Riften...

Said bear charges me, so I hit it with 'ice form', bear turns into an ice block, and rockets past me for about 100 yards, then starts richoceting and spinning around the countryside, and recovers from the ice block, and continues bouncing and flying around...until it eventually lands and then charges me again.

After a couple more hours of playing, I've had a couple of other instances of the amazing elastic flying NPC/Creature feature.

Guys, this was occuring in Fallout 3, wtf are you doing or not doing?

While I was reading this Yakety Sax played in my head. So fitting. But yes, the ragdolling and flying is a typical Beth "feature".

So far I haven't seen any "amazing elastic flying NPC/Creature feature." My first lasted around 150 hrs and my second is now around 110 hours.

However, I have seen an elastic moon. A very small part of the moon stretching and moving wildly.

I whirlwind sprinted into a cooking pot at a giant camp.

I did a total 180, and proceeded to jet across the landscape a few feet above the ground for some time. I eventually let go of the shout button, and dropped back to the dirt.

Haven't been able to duplicate it, tried a couple dozen times, pretty much every cooking pot I see.... but I use Whirlwind when over-encumbered more than anything and have noticed that if you hold the shout button down you will come out of Whirlwind into a regular sprint occasionally until you let go of the button.
