depends where you at, as one of those still having a old single core it′s not.

I think you'd be better off getting it on 360 or ps3.

well I already payed for the pre order on steam, oh well I could give a try, and if it just lags out or black screen or whatever, then I just put it on the "shelf" until I can get better stuff.

What?
Single core PCs will still be able to handle it.
It is just optimized to run better on Multicores, cus FO3 had a bit of lag on Multicores.
