FNV in Italy

Post » Fri Feb 18, 2011 10:03 pm

I've see who the Italian version is very different and not equal like the american version expecially for the downloadable contents: in italy we have just Steam and Game Stop, and the any others two service are not avariable in my country. Is possible to introduce all the packs Tribal, Veteran, Vault and Caravan in the collection edition?

I don′t think so, keep in mind tho for physical stores like Gamestop it′s best to check what they offer, I notice first hand local Gamestops carry different pre order then the American option mentioned on Bethesdas homepage.

Probably not.
But I'm sure that they will patch them in 6 months after release.

All together? I don't think that it will be possible. The packs don't come with the collectors edition, you only get them when pre-ordering through Steam, Gamestop, Amazon, Wal-Mart, and Best Buy... And you say you only have access to steam and gamestop? That svcks, which one was your favorite Anonimo?

... Operation Anchroage?

Nah not like that.
L4D2 had a pre-order special item "Baseball Bat".
But after The Passing was released everyone got it.
It was patched in to the game.

Might be the same with these.
The first couple of months you who pre-ordered alone have them but later everyone gets them.
Which also means that if you pre-ordered and got the classic pack then after these couple of moths you'll get the other 3 packs along with everyone else.

I just don't find it fair to separate game content from players.
Even if I pre-order I can only get one pack and miss out on the other three.

Yup, that's not very good. Is a discrimination for the buyers :(

You'd probably have to wait for the GotY Edition.

If Bethesda released all four of these as a bundle it would mean you start the game with four sets of extra equipment, including a wide variety of weapons, and that seems a bit odd.

Anonimo Misterioso have you looked at the http://bethblog.com/index.php/2010/08/17/fallout-new-vegas-pre-order-details-for-europe-australia-and-south-africa/ I realize that Italy isn't mentioned but perhaps one of those vendors is also carrying the Italian edition.

Well if they patch them in the game later down the road they could assign them to set locations like unique weapons and stuff was in fallout 3.
That way after a half year or so everyone gets them, just that only the one's who pre-ordered will get their pack at the start every time they start a new game.

What about buying the additional content codes elsewhere? Ebay for one, will surely be selling pre-order codes after the game launches.
