Follower armor : Fallout: New Vegas

So I just read the Bethesda Podcast and they said once you get a followers quest done they get a special armor or item
Boone gets a badass set of ranger armor and Raul gets his vaquero outfit!!
What o you guys think the other followers will get??? :celebrate:

Ok, did you mean to say read the podcast? or was it just a typo? If you read it then can i have a link for where pls? because i find it easier to take things in reading then listening.

On Topic, i think boone's armour will look good, but i think Raul's may look abit tacky... i will reserve judgement until i see it however.

On Topic, i think boone's armour will look good, but i think Raul's may look abit tacky... i will reserve judgement until i see it however.

Looks pretty cool to me.
What I want to know is can you steal your companion's armors and give them something else, or is this armor "stuck" to their body, like Jericho and Charon's leather armor, Clover's dress, Paladin Cross' power armor, and Butch's jacket?

And while I was initially against another Cyberdog, I must admit I was very curious to see if we would get to see Rex without the artificial skin when we first saw him. Probably pretty badass.

Veronica might get some form of recon armor (Not power armor, unless the quest for her is really difficult). I do believe he said that he said that not all of them get unique armors though. I wonder who doesn't.

I hope not. If Boone's ranger armor has a unique appearance, I might just steal it from him and give him a regular pair.

It is pretty much a given that Arcade will bust out his old suit of Advanced Power Armor Mk. II.

That is if Arcade even is still an Ex-Enclave guy. They kept the fact that he's a follower of the apocalypse but they might have changed his backstory from what it was going to be in Van Buren. He's a rather ethical scientist now, who isn't afraid to shoot people in the head. (Reminds me of Mordin from Mass Effect 2).

Now, that's not incompatible with being in the Enclave, but it does say he was an "Enclave Infantryman", and honestly, I don't think the Enclave would treat their scientists like infantrymen.

Uhm, they also said in the podcast that you CAN take their special stuff, though they won't be too happy about it. Probably make a sad face or complain. Other than that, no need to kill them

I was under the impression that Arcade was a techie, not a tincan.

Anyhoo, I do hope the FO3 enclave power armor made it back in too. The FO2 APA mk1 looks dated, especially with the garish basic box on the back with the giant radiation symbol. Note how we haven't seen the backside of the APA mk1 images...
