I would love to know that the people of forums feel like the best Follower Overhaul mod is out there...I would really appreciate the help

It might be better to ask for mod recommendations in one thread rather than several. Or better still, use the search bar and you'll find hundreds of other threads saying "I'm new to modding skyrim, what are good mods?".
To answer your question, look at UFO (ultimate follower overhaul). I don't use any follower mods, but if/when i do, i'll try this one first.
