So I just got done going through the retrieve the elder scroll quest and I notice a extremely annoying glitch with my follower when ever she draws her weapons she runs abnormally SUPER slow and holds her bow and one handeds in a odd way. She also freezes in place during combat until her and myself put our weapons away then she runs perfectly normaly when our weapons are put away. I know for certain that it has nothing to do with inventory.

I've tried everything to solve this, load, reload, load an earlier save, exit game, fast travel, trade items. I've been with this follower for most of the game and now all the sudden this bs glitch happens.
