Will she still act as a follower after she joins the Blades?
Can you make her join the Blades after your wedding?
Can you marry her after you make her join the Blades?
Can you choose where she lives, or we she stay in Sky Haven Temple?

1) Yup.
2) Yup.
3) Yup.
4) Yup.
5) Yup.

I'm only reasonably sure about 5, but five yups looks cooler.
