Hello everybody !
So I tried to install once again the UFO ( Followers mod ) which is pretty popular and good now.

So I followed the readme 100% properly , with NEW save.
It ruined my 50 hours game week ago and I really don't want any mess with this now..

THE PROBLEM:
1.It ruined the followers system in my game COMPLETELY ( Can't dismiss , can't hire , kill , etc )
2.I can't install any other follower mods because as I said it's ruined.

Please I need a fast answer because tomorrow is the ONLY day I can properly play.

You didn't ask a question.

Have you tried uninstalling UFO completely, with the instructions it comes with? (That is, don't just uncheck it.)

I'd suggest posting the contents of your plugins.txt file, generally found in C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Skyrim\plugins.txt

You could try using console commands. Open the console with the ` key and enter the line:

set playerfollowercount to 0

Then ` again to close the console, and see if you can recruit a new follower (someone who wasn't following you already).

If that doesn't work you could also try these two commands, one right after the other:

stopquest dialoguefollower
startquest dialoguefollower

Will try
