Two of my College of Winterhold colleagues now refuse to follow me. Don't think I've done anything wrong but Jazargo and Onmund now say something like "I don't want to talk to you anymore" when I speak to them. It's not because I'm suspended from the college and all my dialogue options are available with them except the "follow me I need your help" option.

I have Brelyna that dark elf girl from the college also but there is no problem with her I can get her following and dismiss her as per normal.

Anyone know what's causing this and how to fix it??

I found a console command that fixed the problem.

player.setrelationshiprank  

and now no more problem. You fill in the blanks there with the NPC's id which you can google to find and use number 4 as the value (4 is the highest oppinion).
