Food should give a temporary perk. Not anything spectacular...just something that makes it a little less useless. Kind of like sleeping. Just sayin'...

Cooked meals do. Vegetable soup grants a 10 minute boost to HP/stamina regen, and an indefinate amount of power attacks.

The difference between "useless" and "overpowered" in a game like this is razor sharp. I like what they've done with it. Mild effects, for people looking for some effect... nothing that you would need if you choose to ignore it. The stamina problem is pretty much a glitch. You only need 1 stamina to carry out a power attack which would normally drain 50 (or more). So any amount of stamina regen will cause you to be able to spam power attacks. Probably not intended.

Elsweyr Fondue has Regenerate Magicka, 25 pts for 720 secs and Fortify Magicka, 100 pts for 720 secs?
:stare: Holy [censored]. I didn't realise cooked meals gave you such awesome bonuses :stare:

My recipes never surpass salt pile + venison, lol.

Time to get cooking.

These. Foods-great. cook your stuff, enjoy. Its "perk" is regeneration, and it is already temporary.
