So I killed everyone in the bunker and tried to search the elder, head, and the guy who is in the actual self destruct room and they didn't have them so i tried to just unlock the self destruct terminal itself without key cards and I can't figure out the password. could someone tell me the password to unlocking the self destruct terminal without key cards? Help.

No, you need the key cards. Load a save, or help Yes Man.

Okay but what I don't get then is that the actual Self Destruct terminal itself that says Locked Hard/or Very Hard there must be a way to do it seems like it anyway. I already went the Yes Man way on my first playthrough. And I read that if you have a Science skill of 100 (which I do) then you can hack it so there must be a password.

I never tried it without the keycards. If you have 100 science and can hack it, then hack it.

Okay well I killed everyone and I mean everyone. And then it said to return to Colonel Moore and report that the Brotherhood have been destroyed. So yeah apparently you don't have to get the key cards or use the self destruct terminal in anyway. I looked it up after and apparently others have successfully tried and completed it as well so it is not a bug/glitch.

And If you dont blow up the bunker BoS Paladins will continue to patrol Hidden Valley at 1 am. They may also continue to send hit squads after you but Im not sure.

Well we'll just have to wait and see then. I am not to far off on my 2nd playthrough to the end of the game though.
