I killed both Papa Khan and Regis, plus all of the other Khans, but the quest still won't advance. Any ideas?

The only options for conversation are I wanted to ask you some questions, which leads to some questions about her, and Not yet. I'm still working on it.

Uhm... Just a thought: did you also kill Melissa, Jack and Diane?
They're in Papa's council and maybe one of them is still around.

I eliminated the main camp plus the other 2 small encampments near it, and it didn't do anything.
