I have to blow up the BoS hideout but i need 3 key cards. the elder's one the head scribe's one and the head paladin's one. the thing is i made that other guy the elder so i cant find a head paladin keycard anyone can help me?

I have pretty much the same issue.

My quest is stuck on "Find Bro-hood and deal with them." and keeps pointing me to outside of the brother hood shelter. I have no clue what to do now.
