I was doing doings Boones Bitter springs quest bit when I noticed during the Leigon attack I was taking rather heavy Ncr standing hits.. I think it stims from having the animal friend perk and the leigon dogs attacking the civilians which every time they would kill one gave me a nasty Standing drop.. The solution heh is well kill the dang dogs before they kill anyone after three tries i managed (not being the best combat build plus there pretty dang fast when they are not targeting you) Still it should be looked into as I was not attacking ncr or the civies in the first place
