Okay first of all this goes seriously off-topic for this forum but I dont really have account for another forums so I decided to ask here since I dont really wanna make new account for some site just to make one question.

Okay so my girlfriend broke my laptop's (this one im writing with) display. She step on it by accident. Screen is gone... I use HDMI atm so I can see my screen through TV.

The thing is, I need to format (reinstall) my whole windows. And If I do so my all settings will be reset ofc. Which means my settings for using "clone display or main display on TV screen" will be gone am I right?
So is there any way I can format this PC anymore? Because if I format my PC and it doesent automatically set clone display for TV screen there is no way I can try set up the clone on blindly...
