After a period of time editing a number of records, I get this error "Forms: Failed to create tab window" and then the CK will crash soon after.

Didn't find anything else on this on a search, so I don't know if its been reported yet or not.

Yeah, this is a known bug - Just restart the editor when that error shows up.
