get some stealth boys and sneak up on the guy on the dock un crouch and talk to him really fast then cap some guys at the fort get it so you can fast travel and bing no more cottonwood cove fighting or get a legion outfit from their raid camp if the other thing doesnt work

Only way I can think of is Vulpes Inculta will come up to you while at the strip and ask you see Caesar. He will give you a pardon by Caesar for anything you did to upset the Legion. Problems. If you killed Vulpes, you are out of luck. There maybe a point of upseting the Legion, where you can't get that pardon.

Nah, if you killed Vulpes then that isn't a problem, the guys at Cottonwood Cove are probably attacking you because Boone is in your party, dismiss him. He's fat.

Yeah, don't have a companion who hates Legion and don't wear any faction armor that the Legion hates.

iight, i had the same problem, ok... you go beast mode... im serious, don't be scared, they aint [censored], go in there and just kill everything you see, even the slaves that aren't trying to hurt you, just, completely go beast mode, thats what i did, ohh and kill the kids too, i know you cant but its a great way to waist ammo...

Well if you have mark of caesar you maybe are able to just look at the raft and press the activate button to get there.

#1. DO NOT BRING BONE ! (unless you would like to kill all of the Legion)
#2. Dress In legion armor
#3. Do not talk to no one but the boat keeper dude to travel to the casesar place.

If this fails the only thing to do is to kill everyone .

TIP: when you start the game be sure to complete the chip quest first before you get in the bad mood of the legion.

This is the worst tip a person can give.
The point is to do all anti-legion quests (Boone's quest, taking Nelson etc) before confronting Benny. When you see him at the Tops, kill him so he doesn't go to the Fort. When you go outside, Vulpes will greet you, and you'll be neutral with the Legion.

Kill them back then take the raft there, being prepared for a fairly hefty battle when you arrive.
