This is a problem I started to notice a while ago and has nothing to do with the patch.

Anyway, has anyone else noticed that all fortify pickpocket enchantments and potions work in reverse?

Wearing any enchanted item or taking a potion to increase your chances of pickpocketing actually DECREASES your chances.

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue?

This is a bug and happens to some skills. When you fortify them too much, or when you have 4 or 5 points in the first perk and fortify them they seem to have a negative effect. If your skill is low or you don't have too many perks in it.. or a combination of both, fortifying this seems to work...kinda.
