[Idea/WIP] Fortune City

This is only an idea at this point, though I can't rule out it might become a Project down the line.

All across the Mojave Wasteland, there are tales of a city of debauchery and vice. Built shortly before the final war, and a playground for the rich and powerful from all over the world, Fortune City was a Hedonistic Paradise. A city of no rules, no law enforcement, and no inhibitions. As a result of this, Fortune City was built literally in the middle of nowhere, far from the prying eyes of society.

Thus, when the Bombs fell and civilization collapsed, Fortune City faded into legend, and legend into myth. Much like El Dorado, Fortune City was supposedly untouched by time and scavengers, where all the pleasures of the Pre-War world were there for the taking, assuming you knew where to look. Many a Wastelander died under the harsh Mojave sun seeking this place of carnal delight. Many more were simply never seen or heard from again.

Now, lights appear on the horizon and tales are being spread by New Caanan Traders of a city of even more splendor and majesty then New Vegas itself. However, despite the fantastic tales of a city ablaze at night in a Neon Glow, the traders of New Caanan also come with a warning:

Fortune City is a City of the Dead.

General Concept:

- Inspired by Capcom's Dead Rising 2.
- A whole new settlement out in the wasteland, featuring numerous large Casinos and some Shopping Centers.
- Infested and Inhabited by Ghouls. Some are friendly, many more are Feral.
- Secrets abound in Fortune City, and the player can explore the origins and hidden sins that took place here.

Assuming this ever gets out of concept stage and into actual production, I'd likely end up releasing it initially as one giant Ruin to explore, with the possibility of related quests being put in later as my knowledge and experience with the GECK grew. I'm just kinda putting this here to see if its something people would be interested in.

Of course it would be cool, but where would you put it? Maps pretty small.

Separate world space on the edge of the map.
