I found chinese stealth armor in hoover dam...in a wooden box...there were 2 of them...Its somewhere near where the NCR dudes are blocking off this room when your about towards the end of the game n they are fighting the legion...

Sadly it doesn't create a stealth field, just gives a sneak bonus of 5. Still, good find.

Its also available at any time.

and you can wear various helmets with it, i like wearing the veteran ranger helmet with it. or the rebreather

be careful though.i read if you drop it you will lose it.think its ok in containers though
