The Broken Oar Grotto shall be my new home once I have moved my stuff in and these bodies and weapons are in the water.

It is, no enemies spawn and neither do the chests.

Neither was I. I thought that a place such as this, given enough time, your items in storage would disappear. I have my stuff scattered across the 5 homes. I really need to make some set of order to my storage.

Um ... you sure about that?

I'm pretty sure... about 70 in game days ago was when I cleared it out from doing the quest.

Wiki says it's good, but I haven't checked it myself.

It is a very cool cave/dungeon. It is however very large so getting around would take a while.

Yeah, I know.. it's going to be a pain moving into it, especially since I'm a Vampire.. but it adds to the roleplay capability and it is pretty nice.

According to UESP it never resets so storage is safe. Edit- just seen someone beat me to it.

I's like to be able to have an underwater house for an Argonian.
