not sure if anyone else has found this or not, but im in the hidden valley BoS bunker and one of the senior scribes is carrying a tommy gun on her back. it doesnt have the drum magazine but its definitely got butt stock its known for.

edit: nvm just discovered it was an energy weapon called the Laser RCW. haha i got my hopes up. sure as hell looks like a tommy gun though...

Thats the Laser Tommy Gun (RCW?), you can get one 10 minutes into the game.

10 minutes into the game? Wish I knew where. The fact that they have a tommy gun at all is great.

The tommy gun is really the first sub-machine gun. It's a .45 and had a magazine of 20 (clip is the wrong word!) or a drum of 75 I believe. I would love to have seen the tommy gun in actn tn as it would have been the equivalent of the North Hollywood Bank Robbery. If you're unfamiliar with that it is the reason why the majority of police officers, especially those in California, carry AR-15s in their cars. No officers were actually killed in the incident but I have heard several commited suicde because of it. Several civilian and police personnel were injured. Having said that, the two gunmen in the North Hollywood bank robbery used AK-47s an 1911s but is essentially the same idea when they attatched body armor to them.

Sorry I'm rambling but the tommy gun laser weapon is great even with the default energy weapon skill I have. I just prefer the conventional weaponry.
