fps and crash issues

my pc can run this game on ultra no problem without any mods, but i am kind of a graphic [censored] so i use a few mods to make things better like realistic overhaul and stuff.. to compensate for that i use high settings instead of ultra, even tho i think i can run it with ultra just as well, but why force it?

anyway its not the first time that i use lots of mods and then my game starts to crash randomly (and at specific places too like near the witch's hut near riverwood) and also i have experienced some VERY annoying fps issues that occurs at random times, sometimes ever right when i start the game the main menu is at like 5 fps and its unplayable. it gets fixed by rebooting the PC but its a temporary solution and not fun at all, as you can imagine.

Please post a full dxdiag in a spoiler tag, for starters.

Also, uninstall any and all mods.

To see where the problem lies. If it's a mod issue, it generally belongs over here: http://www.gamesas.com/forum/183-skyrim-mods/
Exceptions are there, but that's the general rule.

Also, another reason is that some people just like playing the game.
