Its prob just update 1.5, which is mostly just fixing bugs and problems, so it isn't a dlc

It said "more feature in upcoming updates" meaning there planning to add more free stuff, however i should have worded it more better does "free content" sound better?

I wouldn't get excited, probably very minor things. Otherwise you'd think they tell us of anything major.

It's a patch. It's being beta tested on PC first.

Mister Howard said in a interview he plans to do both small and free content and very big priced dlc same in scope to expansions.

Are "patches" not considered Dlc? Dlc stands for downloadable content, your technical in this patch "downloading" content...

Patches are more like fixes in the game. 1.5 has a huge list of bug fixes.
DLC's are more like new armor, new weapons, quest, new part of the world etc.

It's still a patch. The killcams are still "fixes" because they should have been there from the start. IMO.
