Title says it all.

I really love the style and want to play again but nobody is online and the maps are the same thing every time.

I don’t think it would be hard to do either.
I could do it in UDK easily enough...

Any hope of this ever happening or do I put it on eBay for £5 and hope it sells...;(

Will.

We don't need new game modes...just few new maps would be nice

I always get full or almost full games nearly every night. The style of the game is multiple objective per round, TDM/DM/Dom don't real fit in, but if you actually look at the objectives the do have the usual themes to them, ctf/or capture the sample..

Game would probably get a great boost in game play with a TDM style match. It would help spread out the encounter base and have far more map exploration; Asides things like container city where it's a spawn fest.

I will say this once and I wil make it clear: Brink is not a TDM game. it is an objective-type class-based shooter that Requires your team to succeed. if you want TDM, go play Cal of Duty of Battlefield, but please stop bringing up this crappy game type in these forums.

New modes wouldn't hurt, and I mean hell, a TDM mode probably wouldn't be all that bad considering how badly you can get [censored] up in this game if you try one-man-army an objective - there's still be a degree of strategy involved, with the need for buffs.

TDM wouldn't hurt. If you don't want to play TDM don't play TDM.

I was vehemently against TDM when people brought it up countless times before, but I've kind of changed my stance. After doing the same objectives over and over and over... I kind of need something else. While I prefer to play objective modes 90% of the time, sometimes you just want to relax and do nothing but kill people. Hell I wouldn't even care if it still didn't track kills and deaths - just get me away from those objectives I've done a thousand times now.

^^ THIS.

At first I was in Phoenix's camp, I considered TDM an affront to a game which was desperately trying something new and just being attacked for not being the same.

These days though, Iunno, I play some Brink, i do a lot of just sprinting around killing people. And I really think the Labs opening foyer would make for some really interesting multi-platform combat. TBH the inclusion of TDM here would be the same as it's inclusion in Battlefield - if you don't like it, you don't need to play it, but it'd do good things for the playerbase and help freshen up a game that, 90% of the time, is just a rehearsed series of events that you've performed identically COUNTLESS times.
