Frequent crashes with Project Nevada

Post » Sat Jun 18, 2011 1:58 am

Hey,

I thought that I'd post this in one of the Project Nevada threads, but the incompatibilities/faulty load order is obviously due to other mods, so I figured it'd be best to take it into it's own topic.

[X] FalloutNV.esm[X] HonestHearts.esm[X] DeadMoney.esm[X] Project Nevada - Core.esm[X] Project Nevada - Equipment.esm[X] AWorldOfPain(Preview).esm[X] IWS-Core.esm[X] Project Nevada - Cyberware.esp[X] Project Nevada - Rebalance.esp[X] WeaponModsixpanded.esp[X] WMX-AWOP Patch.esp[X] IWS-Core-Patrols.esp[X] IWS-Core-Guards.esp[X] IWS-Core-Civilians.esp[X] IWS-AS-LowSpawns.esp

I understand that AWOP/IWS might not be compatible with PN, I am however a complete noob when it comes to Load order stuff, so any help would be strongly appreciated.

Thanks in advance! :)

i couple of people posted that IWS wasnt working that well with the newest patch. i would check that. i disabled the WAR mod and i noticed less crashes although i only did that recently so it might just be random.

That is a pretty small load order, and it doesn't seem there are any obvious conflicts (i have all of those myself, with several dozens others :hehe:)

First, a question: do you have NVSE? IWS -AS- Low Spawns requires that. Never mind that, obviously you do for PN to work

First thing to try is to ask http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35999 to sort the mods.

If that doesn't help, you may need a patch, either with http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34703, or http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35003. FNVEdit is simpler, Wrye Flash is a lot more complex, but much more powerful too. Especially if used with BOSS.
