Frequent game freezes, primarily when outdoors

I'm getting game freezes a lot and have to hit ctrl+alt+delete to get into Task Manager to kill the TESV.exe process.

I set up tracing and see things like below at the end of every single log.

Does anyone know what this aaNSRQuestScript thing is and where it comes from?

In my experience tracing for papyrus script does not tell you anything. Ive had situations where i was also getting the same script end after each freeze, but it turned out that ugrids 7 became unstable after the latest patch. And this is with the same scenario as you; freezing (not CTD) outdoors which requires ctrl+alt+delete.
