Can you take your fallout 3 character into new Vegas? If not would it be possible to mod this in, it seems like everything is the same as far as the game engine and stuff, idk if that's the right terminology but hopefully everyone gets what I'm asking.

No, you can not bring your Fallout 3 character to New Vegas.

As for modding it in, I doubt it, simply because NV has a different character generation menu than FO3 did, so it would be difficult to move the character's face from one game to the other.

I'd assume facegen exchanger will word perfectly if you select the right age. Besides, If you know your way around the face creator you could probably make a face similar to the character that you are looking for.
