Follows me everywhere! Even when I leave her at a stable! How do I get rid of it?

You mean when you fast travel? Horses do that, just ignore it and be on your way. lol

But the one I bought at the Markarth stables always stays at the stable. Has for 100+ hours. I just did the DB quest and Shadowmere rose from the water, but prior to that I did the Promises To Keep quest and got Frost. How do I keep Shadowmere instead?

Don't know the answer to that, but the last horse you ride is the one that travels with you. Frost may go back to the stable you stole him from

I got Frost through the Promises To Keep quest. My Markarth horse always stayed at the stables and never traveled with me.

why woudnt you ride her? you only need 1 horse and shadowmeres the best we got. any other horses are really a waste

A horse will stop following ONLY if it's dead! So yea, you just have to deal with it or don't fast travel. lol

if you dont ride her she will hang around the mud puddle. the only way to get rid of frost is to kill her :confused:

could always ride a genaric random horse and kill that instead?

Shadowmere will hang around the sanctuary for a long time, maybe forever. But he will attack anything that approaches him, and once he is done killing them he will just stand where he is.

I got frost he pretty cool but I want Shadowmere she the best.
