There's supposed to be a spell tome in Frostmere crypt, having trouble finding it. Is it supposed to be in a chest or on a shelf? Or does it only appear if you're a high enough level?

same reason the strategy guide says there is a flawless ruby on a master vampire in a certain crypt when all he had was a flawless garnet
so yeah loot is scaled

crap - I hate the fact that you can't get the high level spells until you can cast them - where's the incentive?

edit: Wait, someone bought the strategy guide? I mean, other than what happened to me, why pay for something you get for free online?
