Go full on dragon?

Post » Thu Jun 07, 2012 2:17 pm

I've pretty much done everything I intend to do on this character except the civil war and MQ because dragons became annoying on my last character. Is it time for me to unleash the dragon floodgates on Skyrim? Sure, they're fun, but like cockroaches.

Might as well. The most annoying thing I find with dragons is them killing the non-essential, side-quest NPCs. Once you're done with all the side-quests you can just ignore the dragons by running away or entering a building.

Edited for clarity.

I love fighting dragons in Skyrim so go right ahead! Ancient Dragons are the 2nd most deadliest creature in Skyrim so you rly want that challenge to be gone forever?

Go full dragon?

Everybody knows you never go full dragon.

Sure speak a little draconic, absorb their souls, raze a village now and then.

But no you never http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SgHITc1OL-c go full dragon.

Another vote yes here.
Plus, get yourself a Dragonbane and sharpen it up, then enjoy the finishing moves & kill cams! Whether it's magic or the sword, I never get tired of the little thrill when suddenly I'm no longer in 1st person....

But as you know......there will be glut, and I keep forgetting to post this in the "what do you want for DLC" threads:
The one thing I want is SOMEthing we can do with all the surplus dragon souls we accumulate.
Can we super-charge the shouts we have, can we enchant dragon armor with super-element-resist, can we buy a vowel?

NO BUYING VOWELS! Why would anyone spend money on a vowel?! Everytime I see it happen, and over, and I want to throttle that person. We all know that the three-letter word with T H in it has an E at the end! GRRRRRR.

Sorry for the rage.

Once I got over my fear of fighting the dragons at lower levels, they weren't a problem for me. The only side quest person that got killed in my game was the alchemist lady in Dawnstar (forgot her name). So, that quest unfinished but I broke in and looted all her stuff. Now that MQ is over, the dragons don't bother me and I feel a little bit left out. :stare:

Somthing more I can do with surplus souls/bone/scales.

Also do it. I always enjoy the extra enemies that I encounter.

Be happy they are not as bad as cliff racers.

I like Martin. He was pretty cool in Oblivion. Prolly one of the few well-made NPCs in Oblivion... Sheogorath, Lucien, and The Emperor are the others.
