I played brink last night an some how rallied 3 of my friends to play it too and i got in with 2 humans between both teams including me and sent invites to my friends they received it just fine but when they tried to join it said the game was full. . . OK weird so hit start just to see if that fixed it. . . .got half way through the game before i left to join them and it wouldn't let me join because it was full but they where play 2 other people.....

For some reason its blocking people before the player cap is met. is anyone else experiencing this problem.
