My favorite has to be when my character somehow suddenly becomes the Hulk, and anything I kill gets sent flying in the opposite direction with incredible force.

It doesn't happen often but when it does, it's like Sauron in the LOTR intro. Very funny.

I don't have any bugs except couple CTDs a while back but there was nothing funny about those...

There's always the classic giant punt of death bug.

If I Fus Ro Dah an enemy and then incenerate them while they're down, they will often get back up while they're dead and go into a "walking in place" animation. I can still loot them, but they'll just stay there walking forever until I exit the cell.

I don't think it is a bug but last night I was breaking into a fort, I was sneaking and I saw two bandits. I fired an arrow into one of them and hid behind a wall. They came looking for me and I saw this guy with an arrow stuck to his neck saying: "I think I've heard something". Seriously?

It would be cool if we had box hit detection for the head with a damage multiplier so headshots would be insta kills to non boss enemies.

Spoiler* For some reason the game doesn't clean up Ulfric Stormcloak or Galmar Stonefist after they get killed by me and the Imperials. I decided to put them in certain poses so I could get a good laugh every time I went back to the Palace of Kings.

I like the crappy physics system in that I can climb mountains by running up ledges and using horses to jump my way up inclines that you normally wouldn't be able to traverse. Makes travelling a bit more interesting.
