After entering the keep where you get your bindings off, havdar does not want to walk down the first corridor, he just gets halfway then walks back to the opening to the hall and with the stormcloak, the 2 guards don't come through the gate. How can I fix this because I was kind of hoping to play this game again... Tried re installing from scratch, taking all mods off etc

You can teleport them to your position by selecting them on the console and typing moveto player.
