Funky graphics issue. Help wanted.

I'm having a strange issue with the graphics in Skyrim, at first I thought it was the fault of a mod not being installed properly or a conflict. I then proceeded to test the mods one by one, the problem persisted so I deactivated all of them. But it didn't fix the issue, at this time I had already removed all my save-files, so the issue wasn't there. I then decided to re-install the entire game, hoping that doing so would fix my problem. But it still hasn't. I haven't got any mods installed right now, and I suspect this came from the patch. I have not had this issue before, having had and played the game almost flawlessly since release. I have not altered the graphic settings in any way, I was quite happy with the settings the game came up with by itself.

The issue manifests itself in blocks, boxes or pixels appearing on my screen, it looks almost like TV static. It's hard to explain, it sort of reminded me of a nearly transparent static version of the pixels or squares you see floating up to the sky in Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Except it's not pretty, it's actually very annoying. They're most frequent in fog, trees and shadows it would seem.

Does anyone have any idea what I should do? It's rather annoying, and I can't seem to find anyone having the same issue.
I'm sorry if I overlooked something obvious. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help me sort out the problem.

Got nothing to do with any patch man, and if you'd read the forums you'd have saved yourself some time. It's bad drivers.

Please uninstall your current AMD driver completely, and install the very latest 12.3 official driver.

Thank you. I'm sorry, as you probably can see it's my first time here. The reason being that I'm not at all active on forums, and I've had experiences in the past with game-forums that were not that good.

I admit I didn't look into that because I just updated my drivers recently because of some issues related to another game. I'm sorry if I wasted your time, but thanks for the help anyway.
