One that I found that made me laugh was when I finished veronica's quest and was confronted by the 4 brotherhood soldiers outside their bunker in hidden valley. Before the leader of the group had a chance to speak i activated vats and locked on to him ad blew his head clean off with one shot. he fell backwards and the other 3 soldiers all just turned their head and watched him fall and one of them said "uh what" and they didnt turn hostile and I completed the quest. it was great. The only thing that would have been better is if they said "oh sh*t" like they say when you throw dynamite at their feet.
