I had just completed the Flute quest for the Bard's College, and when I came back and saw Viarmo sitting on a bench holding a torch in one hand (Indoors?!) and a piece of bread in the other, he said this to me: "You and I are the only sane people in here!" LOL The irony part is that he's holding a torch indoors in a well-lit building and Solitude, and thinks that HE'S the sane one!
